APPEALS AGAINST VISA REFUSALS AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things don’t always go as planned in the immigration world. If your visa has been refused or cancelled onshore, you may have the option to apply for a  review with Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) within an allowable timeframe.
In general, you must lodge your refusal appeal to the AAT within 21 days and a cancellation appeal within 7 days. However, the timeframe can vary depending on the type of decision and the method by which you were notified of the decision.

If the appeal is not lodged within this timeframe, you will, in general, lose your right to review. While it is not ideal to have your visa refused or cancelled, as they come with a load of complexity and emotional and financial burden, not getting a proper strategy and guidance can be even more fatal.

At Koala Solutions, we live and breathe immigration law, and with a very passionate, articulate and dedicated migration agent, you will be a step closer to resolving your case!
